Please be informed that I have corrected the issue with 'Pop-Before-SMTP', so your emails should be able to be set up as usual. Kindly try again from your end and let me know the result.
On your server, the 'Pop-Before-SMTP authentication' option is not able to start. This means that when you set up your email in Outlook, ticking 'My outgoing server requires SMTP authentication' will cause it to fail when sending out emails. Unticking this in Outlook will allow you to use your emails for the time being, until I am able to resolve the issue permanently. However, please note that this lowers the security of your email exchanges.
