How To Key in Stock Value Maintenance

Solution

Below are guideline(s) to Add New / Edit Stock Value Maintenance :

A. Stock Value Maintenance - Add New

Step 1 go to Maintenance >> General Ledger Maintenance >> Enter Opening Balance

Step 2 : Check Date of Opening Balance >> key in amount in Stock-Finished Goods (B50)

Step 3 : go to Maintenance >> General Ledger Maintenance >> Stock Value Maintenance

Step 4 : Select Year >> Link Opening Stock A/C, Closing Stock A/C & B/S Stock A/C >> key in stock for each month

B. Stock Value Maintenance - Edit

Step 1 : go to Maintenance >> General Ledger Maintenance >> Stock Value Maintenance

Step 2 : Select the year that you want do edit closing stock >> right click choose Edit Line >> amend the stock value >> click "Update"
