Guides to Export Attendance from FingerTec (TCMS V3) and Import to SkyBiz Payroll

Below are Guideline(s) on How to Download Attendance from Device, Export Attendance from FingerTec (TCMS V3)  and Import to SkyBiz Payrol System

Step A: Download Attendance from Device

 *Open TCMS V3*

1) Go to Scheduling & Attendance

2) Click Export Attendance Sheet

3) Attendance Sheet

4) Select Date Range Of Attendance that is Not Updated

5) Select User [ select All ]

6) Download

Step B: Export Attendance from TCMS V3

1) Go to Scheduling & Attendance

2) Export Attendance Sheet

3) Export

4) Tick No of User 

5) Select Date Range

6) Export

Step C: Import Attendance to SkyBiz Payrol using SkySyn

*Open SkySyn

1) Go to File

2) Import from FingerTec

3) Select Database Name

4) Choose File from file location

5) Select the Text file/Template from FingerTec System

6) Open

7) Import
