Create New Account into Chart of Account

Below are guideline(s) to Create New Account Code

Step 1 : go to Chart of Account (COA) >> right click the category you want to add under >> click "Add a new account under this level"

Step 2: Key in account detail

Step 3: Choose the account type

You may choose between level or detail account. Level is the parent account for detail account. 

For example,

You have 2 accounts under Maybank, so Maybank Berhad will be the level account whereas the 2 accounts are detail account fall under level account.

N/B: Level account is not compulsory.

Step 4:

Choose the tax code if you want to fix it for that account, after done click "Add New"
