Import Purchase Order from Excel to SkyBiz Distribution

Below are guideline(s) on How to Import Purchase Order from Excel to MySQL

Step 1: Go to Data Excel Conversion Sheet

Go to local disc C >> MyERP >> Sample >> Data Conversion Sample

Step 2: Key in all data on Excel Conversion under Purchase Order

Click "Purchase Order" on worksheet tabs at bottom of excel >> key in all the data >> save the document

N/B: Note that RED titles are compulsory field.

Step 3: Open SkySyn

Go to local disc C >> MyERP >> SkySyn

Step 4: Go to File > Excel to MySQL2

Step 5: Synchronize Data

Select Database >> Choose File Location of Data Excel Convert >> Click Show Excel Sheet >> Tick Purchase Order >> Click SQL Convert

Step 6: Wait until "Process Convert Completed" message shown then press "OK".
