Import Item Master/Product Master from Excel into SkyBiz System

Below are guideline(s) on how to import Item/Product Master from Excel to SkyBiz System:

Step 1: Go to Data Excel Conversion Sheet

Go to Local Disk C>>MyERP>>Sample>>Data Conversion Sample

Step 2: Key in all data on Excel Conversion under Item Maintenance

Click "Item Maintenance" on worksheet tabs at bottom of excel >> key in all the data >> save the document

N/B: Note that RED titles are compulsory field.

Step 3: Guideline on how to key in data in excel.

As shown in the picture below, below each title has numbers and an alphabet in bracket. This stand for the number of character and type of text you can key in each column.

For Example:

40(t) = Maximum 40 texts

1(n) = Maximum 1 number

Analysis code is category of each item group, this will depends on each company on how to arrange it.

After done, save the document and proceed to next step. 

Step 4: Open SkySyn

Go to local disc C >> MyERP >> SkySyn

Step 5: Go to File > Excel to MySQL2

Step 6: Synchronize Data

Select Database >> Choose File Location of Data Excel Convert >> Click Show Excel Sheet >> Tick Item Maintenance >> Click SQL Convert

Step 7: Wait until "Process Convert Completed" message shown then press "OK".
