Solution

Below are guideline(s) for Records Partitioning :

Step 1: Go to System >> Security Manager >> Records Partitioning

 

Step 2: 

1. From "List of User Code", select user and click ">" button to transfer these user to "Selected User Code"

2. Choose the Partition Type. (Eg: Category)

3. From "List of Category", select category code and click ">" button to transfer these code to "Selected Category"

4. Key in Partition Code. (Eg. C.C01)

5. Click "Add Item"

N/B: For example below, selected user C03 and C1 can view category C01
