guide to install printer thermal receipt EC-80330

Solution

Below are guideline(s) to install printer thermal receipt EC-80330 :

1. go to www.skybiz.com.my > support login > fill username and pass support login

2. click support > download

3. download file 12a) printer EC80330 (after download extract the file EC-80330)

4. go to device and printer > add printer > add a local printer > click next

5. tick use an existing port and choose "USB" > next

6. click have disk > browse (the location file drive printer ec80330) > ok

7. choose Ec-80330 > next > tick use the driver > next

8. next > tick do not share this printer > next

9. click finish
