How do I create new item code

Below are guideline(s) to create new item code :

- Go to Item Maintenance

- Fill in below information :

        1. Item number or SKU #, Stock Keeping Unit number

        2. Item Name or Description

        3. Select Item Group, is a grouping of an Item

           For  Only, please fill up no.4 to no.6

        4. Default Purchase Tax Code 

        5. Default Sales Tax Code

        6. Default Retail Tax Code (for those using point of sales)

        7. Base Unit of measurement

        8. Selling Price - Price of retailer

        9. Base Child Item Code - SKU # of Base UOM

       10.Base MSP - Base Minimum Selling Price

       11.Level 1 UOM - Example Box

       12.Level 1 Factory Qty - 1 Box contain 12 units

       13.Level 1 Selling Price - Price of 1 box

       14.Level 1 Child Item Code - SKU of Level 1 UOM

       15.Level 1 MSP - Level 1 Minimum Selling Price

       16.Level 2 UOM - Example CTN

       17.Level 2 Factory Qty - 1 CTN contain 24 units

       18.Level 2 Selling Price - Price of 1 CTN

       19.Level 2 Child Item Code - SKU of Level 2 UOM

       20.Level 2 MSP - Level 2 Minimun Selling Price

       21.Standard Cost - Unit Cost

 - Click button "Add New" to confirm create new item code
