Windows Firewall Setup in Server

Below are guideline(s) to setting MySQL port exception at Server Windows Firewall:

Step 1 : Go to Start >> Windows Firewall with Advance Security

Step 2 : On left sidebar menu, click "Inbound Rules" >> on right sidebar sub-menu, click "New Rule" >> choose "Port" >> click "Next

 Step 3 : Do MySQL port exception 3306

Key in "3306" in Specific local ports column >> click "Next" >> choose "Allow the connection" >> click "Next"

Step 4 : Naming rule

Tick all the rules >> click "Next" >> name the rule >> click "Finish"
