Below are guideline(s) on to Restart MySQL Service and Set Automatic Start :

A) Restart MySQL Service

Step 1: Go to Services

 

Step 2: Restart Service

Click "MySQL5" >> click "Restart"

 

 

B) Set Automatic Start

Step 1: Go to Services

 

 

Step 2: Right Click MySQL >> click "Properties"

 

Step 3: Startup Type: "Automatic" >> click "Apply" >> click "OK"
