Grab Shortcut from Server

Below are Guideline(s) on How to Grab Shortcut from Server

On Server Computer: Check IP Address

Step 1: On right bottom corner of the server monitor, click the "Network Icon" >> click "Open Network and Sharing Center"

Step 2: Click "Local Area Connection"

Step 3: Click "Properties" >> click "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) >> note down the IP Address of server

On Workstation Computers: Grab Shortcut from Server using IP Address

Step 1: Go to Start >> call out Server IP Address (use the format \\IP address\ eg. \\192.168.1.13\) >> press "Enter"

Step 2: After connect to server, click "MyERP" >> right click "MyDistribution" or "MyFinancial" >> click "Send to" >> click "Desktop (create shortcut)"
